Do you need assistance using the urControl system to get something
accomplished in your website? Much of what's available in urControl is
covered in the
online video training, but sometimes you just need that personal explanation or just a little more in-depth instructions.
Here's your chance to get free consulting! ArchiTech is making
available to its clients at no charge for a 90-minute Q&A session
to give them the answers they need to use the urControl web content
management system with confidence!
This session is an online question/answer period made available via
GoToMeeting with a maximum of 15 simultaneous participants. We'll answer
questions one at a time in the order they are received. If
there are many clients with questions, we limit each client to two
questions at a time to ensure everybody has an opportunity to get the
answers they need to update their urControl website. If there are many
participants, then questions will have up to a five minute time
allowance for the benefit of others in queue. This time period will not
be used to answer questions/issues which are covered under warranty.
Warranty requests should be submitted through our
support request system and they will be resolved at no charge to the client.
Following are instructions to participate in the GoToMeeting session.
If you have difficulty joining the meeting, please contact Scott

The training session will start promptly at 9:00AM EST. If there are
no participants by 9:15, then we will assume there are no questions to
be answered and the session will be closed early. If for any reason
you join the session after 9:00, you will simply join the session
wherever we are at the moment you join. We encourage all participants
to login using the instructions provided five minutes prior to the
meeting.
If you’ve never used GoToMeeting before, please be aware that there
will be a few simple steps that could take five minutes or so to
setup. If you don’t have administrative rights to your computer, you
may not be able to install the software. If this is the case, you’ll
be prompted by Windows to contact your system administrator. We
recommend that you go ahead and follow all the steps below ASAP to get
situated so there are no surprises just before the meeting.
If you call in by phone, please mute your phone while the instructor is
speaking, and use your handset when you want to collaborate during the
question/answer portions of the class.
If you plan on using your microphone and speakers, we request that you
use a headset to prevent the echo effect. Be sure your
headphones/speakers are on and the volume is not muted so you can
listen.
